{"id":8793,"date":"2017-06-28T18:47:54","date_gmt":"2017-06-28T16:47:54","guid":{"rendered":"\/blog\/?p=8793"},"modified":"2020-10-13T16:20:52","modified_gmt":"2020-10-13T14:20:52","slug":"galletas-pasta-frolla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lecuine.com\/blog\/galletas-pasta-frolla\/","title":{"rendered":"Galletas de \u00abpasta frolla\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La \u201cpasta frolla\u201d es una masa de harina, mantequilla, huevos, levadura y aromas que es<strong> la base para numerosas tortas<\/strong>, tanto dulces como saladas.<\/p>\n<p>Os quiero mostrar <strong>la versi\u00f3n dulce<\/strong> para elaborar unas deliciosas y crujientes galletas que son peque\u00f1os bocados de una famosa torta italiana, <strong>la \u201ccrostata\u201d<\/strong>, rellena de mermelada y decorada con tiras cruzadas.<\/p>\n<p>Hay tres maneras de hacer la \u201cpasta frolla\u201d:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>M\u00e9todo cl\u00e1sico<\/strong>, mezclando primero todos los ingredientes y al final introduciendo la harina.<\/li>\n<li><strong>M\u00e9todo montado<\/strong>, mezclando primero con varillas la mantequilla a temperatura ambiente junto con el az\u00facar y despu\u00e9s el resto de ingredientes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>M\u00e9todo \u201csabbiato\u201d<\/strong>, que es el que os voy a explicar a continuaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La \u201cpasta frolla\u201d es una masa de harina, mantequilla, huevos, levadura y aromas que es la base para numerosas tortas, tanto dulces como saladas.
