Haz unas galletas b\u00e1sicas de mantequilla (que te explico m\u00e1s abajo), y sigue estos pasos para hacer un glaseado con el que hacer t\u00fa mismo\/a las <strong>galletas para fiestas, cumplea\u00f1os y regalo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Como hacer el glaseado de galletas<\/h2>\n<p>Para decorar las galletas tenemos que <strong>hacer el Royal Icing<\/strong>, vas a necesitar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>175 ml de agua templada<\/li>\n<li>5 cucharadas de polvo de merengue<\/li>\n<li>1000 g de icing sugar (az\u00facar lustre o impalpable)<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada peque\u00f1a de sirope de ma\u00edz (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ponemos todos los ingredientes en la kitchenaid y batimos con las palas durante 10 min. Si vemos que esta muy liquida la dejamos m\u00e1s tiempo. <strong>Hasta que forma picos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Dividimos la glasa <strong>en tantos colores<\/strong> como queramos. En este caso la necesitamos blanca.<\/p>\n<p>Para hacer las mangas <strong>pasamos el royal icing a un film<\/strong> y hacemos un churrito que luego introduciremos en la manga pastelera. Para hacer la cruz necesitamos la boquilla del n\u00famero 2,5 y para la decoraci\u00f3n el n\u00famero 1.5.<\/p>\n<p>Perfilamos toda la cruz y acto seguido <strong>rellenamos despacito<\/strong> toda la superficie. Una vez est\u00e9 todo cubierto, <strong>moveremos la galleta<\/strong> de arriba a bajo con movimientos lentos, hasta que la glasa este repartida por toda la superficie.
