No hay que enfriarlas, ni dejarlas reposar\u2026 s\u00f3lo hay que preparar la masa, hornearlas y disfrutarlas en la mejor compa\u00f1\u00eda. \u00bfTe animas a prepararlas?<\/p>\n<h2>Antes de comenzar, algunos trucos y consejos<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Para las medidas es ideal tener <strong>un juego de cucharas medidoras<\/strong>, aunque si no tienes puedes utilizar una cucharilla normal y tener cuidado de poner la cantidad deseada.<\/li>\n<li>No podemos saltarnos <strong>el tamizado<\/strong> porque son unas galletas muy blanditas y necesitamos que los ingredientes secos se aireen y evitar as\u00ed posibles grumos.<\/li>\n<li>Si no te gustan las nueces, eres al\u00e9rgico o simplemente no tienes, puedes sustituirlas por <strong>otro fruto seco<\/strong> o directamente no ponerlas.<\/li>\n<li>Es importante <strong>sacar la mantequilla un rato antes<\/strong>, el tiempo necesario para que se reblandezca y adquiera textura de pomada (que al tocar con el dedo la notemos blanda). Este ser\u00e1 el punto ideal para que monte bien con el az\u00facar.<\/li>\n<li>En el momento de batir la mantequilla y el az\u00facar lo ideal es <strong>contar con una amasadora<\/strong> (en la que usaremos la herramienta pala) o batidora de doble varilla, ya que as\u00ed lo montaremos en nada.<\/li>\n<li>Hemos a\u00f1adido un pl\u00e1tano maduro para darle un toque especial de sabor a nuestras galletas, y as\u00ed adem\u00e1s <strong>hemos podido reducir la cantidad de az\u00facar<\/strong> que hab\u00eda en un principio, porque el pl\u00e1tano en este punto tiene un sabor muy dulce. Si no tuvi\u00e9semos el pl\u00e1tano habr\u00eda que a\u00f1adir al menos 30 gramos m\u00e1s de az\u00facar.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez tengamos la masa, no podemos esperar para llevarlas al horno, ya que el bicarbonato una vez se mezcla con los l\u00edquidos comienza a actuar (tiene un efecto leudante como la levadura).
