Aprovecha las indicaciones de Alberto para lanzarte con la pasta fresca casera y dejar de comprarla en los supermercados: vas a ver c\u00f3mo lo agradeces y qu\u00e9 placer trabajar con ella.<\/p>\n<h2>Trabajar con harina en casa<\/h2>\n<p>\u00abDe una vez por todas, en este pa\u00eds tenemos que empezar a <strong>perder el miedo a hacer pasta fresca en casa<\/strong>. No s\u00e9 por qu\u00e9 raz\u00f3n pensamos que la pasta fresca es algo m\u00e1s complicado que hacer un plato de Ferr\u00e1n Adri\u00e1, y no es as\u00ed. Creo que la raz\u00f3n principal es simplemente que de peque\u00f1os nunca hemos visto hacer pasta fresca en casa y, a decir verdad, en Espa\u00f1a somos muy poco dados a trabajar con harina. Afortunadamente las cosas est\u00e1n cambiando.<\/p>\n<p>En mi caso, yo tuve la suerte de que mi padre viajaba a Italia cuando yo era peque\u00f1o y <strong>en mi casa siempre tuvimos una m\u00e1quina de hacer pasta<\/strong>. Todos los domingos, mi padre preparaba una cena de pasta fresca en casa con todos los ingredientes que hab\u00eda tra\u00eddo de sus viajes. Creo que esta es la raz\u00f3n principal por la que a m\u00ed nunca me ha costado mancharme las manos con harina.<\/p>\n<p>Bueno, como yo suelo hacer pasta, mis amigos me preguntan muchas veces c\u00f3mo hacerla. El problema es que esta harina no se suele encontrar con facilidad en Espa\u00f1a y si la encontramos <strong>en alguna tienda de productos italianos<\/strong>, esta suele ser m\u00e1s cara de lo normal.<\/p>\n<p>Para poder hacer <strong>la equivalencia a las harinas que tenemos en Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>, nos podemos fijar en <strong>el tipo de fuerza<\/strong> que tiene la harina, que en Espa\u00f1a viene reflejada por<strong> la W de la harina<\/strong>. Por lo general, la harina tipo 00 italiana tiene una fuerza <strong>W(90-130)<\/strong>, que en el caso espa\u00f1ol ser\u00eda la<strong> harina de reposter\u00eda o harina normal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En ninguno de los casos utilizaremos harinas de fuerza.
