Gofres belgas y chocolates belgas son los ejemplos obvios, junto con las ineludibles (e irresistibles) frites, preferiblemente servido con una olla o fuente de mejillones o de un filete jugoso.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mi receta belga favorita<\/strong> cuenta uno de otros grandes regalos de B\u00e9lgica en el mundo de la cocina: <strong>carbonade flamandes<\/strong>, Cerveza Carbonnade a la flamande e estofado de carne flamenca en la que la carne de vaca y las cebollas se cuecen a fuego lento en una cerveza belga hasta que la carne est\u00e9 tierna. Me imagino si la carbonnade era tan popular en el siglo 14 como lo es hoy.<\/p>\n<p>El tipo de cerveza se utiliza es importante, y tradicionalmente un bruin Oud, (Old Brown Cerveza) Brune cerveza Abad\u00eda o Flandes roja es la cerveza de elecci\u00f3n con un sabor algo amargo-amargo. Adem\u00e1s de esto y para realzar su sabor dulce, justo antes de servir, a\u00f1ade una cantidad peque\u00f1a de vino de vinagre .<\/p>\n<p>La clave &#8211; como ocurre con tantos grandes platos &#8211; radica en tomar unos buenos ingredientes y tratarlos bien para crear algo mucho m\u00e1s grande que la suma de sus partes.
