Tanto su sabor como su textura son realmente suaves y esto se debe a que se elabora con una cantidad importante de claras de huevo batidas a punto de nieve y porque adem\u00e1s no lleva nada de grasa entre sus ingredientes, ni siquiera para engrasar el molde.<\/p>\n<p>Y hablando del molde para elaborar este fant\u00e1stico bizcocho, <strong>lo ideal es utilizar un molde apto<\/strong> sobre todo para el proceso de enfriado, ya que al llevar tantas claras, la prote\u00edna del huevo podr\u00eda hacer que nuestro bizcocho se aplastara.
